The trial software comes without any warranty and you will use it at your own risk. Critical Health will not be liable for any damage due to the use of Retmarker.

You understand that you do not need to provide any confidential information to be able to use the software. Retmarker does not require the identification of the person whose retinographies are being analysed. Critical Health may use any of the images uploaded or the images generated by Retmarker. Critical Health will never link those images with the user that submitted them.

You will be granted time-limited access to a trial version of the Retmarker software, free of use. If at any time Critical Health decides to change this policy and starts charging for the use of the software you will be required to decide if you want to continue using it.
